How can I place an order?
Placing an order at Punch the Dummy® will take just a few minutes of your time.
Below is a step-by-step guide on how to order from us:

2. Go to the cart and check that you have selected exactly the models you want to order.
3. Click the “Place Order” button.
4. Fill in the delivery details, specifying:
• Recipient’s first and last name
• Full address (including postal code, street, house number, and apartment number)
• Contact phone number
• Additional delivery instructions (if necessary)
5. Choose a convenient payment method:

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?
Yes. Immediately after payment, you will receive an email at the address you provided — with your order number and all the necessary information.
As soon as the order is packed and handed over to the delivery service, you will receive another email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order at any time and know exactly when it will arrive.
I did not receive a purchase confirmation email. What should I do?
Sometimes the email ends up in the “Spam” or “Promotions” folders — please check these first.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you want to return your order, please contact us at support@punchthedummy.com within 30 days of receiving it. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return — we will promptly provide instructions on the next steps.

• The cost of the initial delivery is non-refundable.
• In case you receive damaged or defective goods, notify us within 48 hours after delivery. Please attach photos and a brief description of the issue. We will carefully review your request and offer the best possible solution.

How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds usually take up to 10 business days from the moment the item arrives at our warehouse. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank and payment provider.

We guarantee high-quality packaging to ensure your punching bags, mannequins, and massage gloves always arrive in perfect condition.
If you notice damage upon receiving your order, immediately contact our support team.

We deliver to more than 17 countries, including the USA, Canada, Australia, and most European countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
If your country is not on the list, please contact our support team. We will do our best to find an optimal solution and the possibility to deliver your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the country and region to which the order is sent. Below are approximate delivery times:
